Vieux Port in 2012, Saint Raphael, South of France

There are 17 berths from 25m to 45m in length in what are the first new superyacht berths on the Cote D’Azur since the opening of Fontvielle in Monaco 30 years ago.

The berths will be delivered from December 2013 and have the benefit of a 25 year lease. The lease is a “Guarantie d’usage” which is different from the other marinas which are subject to Share Ownership.

The 30 million euro investment by the Local Council includes underground parking, boutiques, a pedestrian promenade, local fish market and restaurant.

As the Port is just 10nm from Saint Tropez and 14nm from Cannes the Port is ideally located.

The works are also on schedule and on budget which is good news!
