Yachts Confirmed for Monaco Yacht Show 2011

Yachting Partners International (the YPI Group) is delighted to confirm the first two yachts that will be presented at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. This year’s event will be taking place in the Port Hercules between the 21st and 24th of September 2011.

METEOR is a multi-award winning 52m schooner, designed by Dijkstra and Partners and built by Royal Huisman. Launched in 2007, she collected an unprecedented three awards at the 2008 World Superyacht Awards and carried the St Barth’s winning trophy the following year.

Refitted in 2009, METEOR is described by William Bishop, YPI Broker and Head of YPI Sailing, as “an absolutely stunning yacht” and “one of the finest examples of the sheer talent and skill Royal Huisman is renowned for.”

METEOR features a classic John Munford interior and includes 3 guest bedrooms and 7 crew cabins, giving her the capacity to accommodate 6 overnight guests served by 12 members of crew. She is currently available for sale with YPI Brokerage with William Bishop acting as her broker.

“She is widely accepted as being one of the best appointed sailing yachts on the market today,” comments Will. “Now very attractively priced at EUR 25 million, we are looking forward to welcoming METEOR back to the South of France in early September in time for the Monaco Yacht Show.”

WHY WORRY is a stunning Baglietto 43 and is one of the latest yachts to exclusively join the YPI Brokerage for sale fleet. She is due to be launched this summer and is currently having her finishing touches applied at the Rossi Navi shipyard in Viareggio, Italy.

Featuring a stunning all white hull and exteriors by the superb Italian Designer, Francesco Paszkowski, WHY WORRY has been built to the highest specifications having been project managed throughout the complete design and build process.

The motor-yacht’s interiors, which feature a stunning combination of stainless steel, backlit alabaster and wenge, have been designed by the award-winning Portuguese design team SA Aranha & Vasconselos and include accommodation for up to 12 overnight guests.

WHY WORRY is currently available for sale with YPI Brokerage with her asking price set at EUR 17,750,000.
“Her owner has packed her with features, “explains Mike Rich, who has been appointed as her broker, “stern thrusters, an impressive on-deck Jacuzzi pool and a lot of entertainment and IT technology.”

“WHY WORRY is fresh from the yard, brand new and very competitively priced so those interested in buying performance, comfort and space should really arrange to see her soon…we don’t expect WHY WORRY to remain on the market for very long.”
